What is a Systems Audit?
A 90 minute working call where we map how work actually moves through your business, followed by a written report three business days later. You get your Manual Cost, your systems score, and the three highest-value fixes with a price against each. It costs $500 and is credited in full against a build.
How long does implementation take?
Most builds run two to four weeks from sign-off. Larger multi-department work runs longer and we say so in the quote. Anyone promising a full transformation in a week is describing something smaller than it sounds.
Do you replace our current tools?
Usually not. Most businesses already pay for tools they use ten percent of, so we build into what you have. If something new is genuinely needed we tell you what it costs before you commit, and you buy it directly in your own name.
We're not technical. Is that a problem?
It's the reason we exist. Every business we work with has no technical staff and no intention of hiring any. If a build needs an IT person to operate it, we've built the wrong thing. Your office manager should be able to run it after one training session.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Owner-run companies roughly between $1M and $20M in revenue: trades and construction, dental and medical practices, small law firms, insurance agencies, property management, staffing and distribution. The determining factor is whether there's real manual cost to remove, not the vertical.
What happens after you hand over?
Accounts, admin access and documentation transfer to you. Most clients keep monthly support because it's cheaper than not, but it's optional with no minimum term. We don't build things only we can maintain, so you can take it to another provider tomorrow.
Where are you based?
Our delivery team is in Pakistan and we work United States business hours. We put that in writing rather than leaving you to work it out, and it is a large part of why a build that costs fifteen thousand from a domestic agency costs what it does here.
Is this just ChatGPT with extra steps?
No. Some of it uses language models, mostly for reading documents and drafting replies. Most of it is ordinary integration and process work nobody in your business has had the time or skills to do. We lead with the process because automating a broken process just breaks it faster.
