Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to know exactly where you stand before you pay us anything. This policy applies to all services purchased from Corwen Systems LLC.

Operations audit

• Cancel more than twenty four hours before the scheduled call and you get a full refund, no questions asked.
• Cancel within twenty four hours of the call and we will reschedule you once at no charge. A second late cancellation is non-refundable.
• Once the call has taken place and the written findings have been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, because the work has been done.
• If you go on to commission a build within ninety days, the audit fee is credited in full against the build price.

Build projects

• Before work starts, the deposit is fully refundable.
• Once work has started, you may cancel in writing at any time. We will invoice for the work completed to that point and refund the balance of your deposit. We will hand over everything built so far.
• If we fail to deliver what the signed proposal describes, and we cannot put it right within fifteen business days of you telling us in writing, you are entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid for the undelivered portion.
• Requests for work outside the signed proposal are quoted separately and are not grounds for a refund of the original project.

Ongoing support

• Monthly support is billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time with fourteen days written notice.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. We do not pro-rate part months, and the month already paid for is not refunded.
• There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email talha@corwensystems.com with your business name and what you would like to cancel. We will acknowledge within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

Disputes

If you are unhappy with the work, tell us before you contact your bank. Almost everything is fixable, and we would rather sort it out directly. If we cannot reach agreement, the dispute process in our Terms of Service applies.
